Professor Ku is a distinguished professor at the Graduate Institute of Sports & Health Management, National Chung Hsing University, and holds a joint appointment in the Department of Kinesiology at National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. He earned his first PhD in Exercise and Health Science from the University of Bristol, UK, and his second PhD in Epidemiology from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Taiwan.
